These Terms govern your use of Travel Publisher, a local-first application for preparing, reviewing, and publishing travel videos. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for videos, audio, captions, hashtags, metadata, and other material you process or publish. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use and publish that content, including rights relating to music, people, locations, trademarks, and copyrighted material. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
AI-assisted suggestions
Captions and hashtags generated with AI assistance are suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your intended audience. You must review and, when necessary, edit suggestions before publication. Do not rely on AI output as legal, professional, or factual advice.
Publishing confirmation
Travel Publisher is designed to publish only after you review the video and caption and explicitly confirm the action. You are responsible for checking the selected account, visibility, caption, hashtags, interaction choices, disclosures, and other publishing settings before confirming.
Third-party services
Some features depend on TikTok, OpenAI, and other third-party software or services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, privacy policies, developer requirements, account restrictions, and usage limits. Third-party features and APIs may change, be restricted, or become unavailable without notice. Travel Publisher does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability or continued compatibility.
TikTok account and posts
You are responsible for your TikTok account, account settings, and posts. Authorization may be revoked through the application or TikTok, but disconnecting does not remove videos already published. TikTok may process, limit, reject, moderate, or remove content according to its own policies.
Local operation and security
You are responsible for installing, operating, updating, and securing the computer and network that run Travel Publisher. Keep access credentials and local data protected, maintain appropriate backups, and avoid exposing the local application to untrusted networks.
No warranties
Travel Publisher is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that suggestions will be accurate, that uploads or posts will succeed, or that third-party integrations will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Travel Publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application, user content, account actions, third-party service changes, failed publications, or loss of local data. You remain responsible for reviewing and controlling each publication.
No affiliation
Travel Publisher is independent software. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or OpenAI. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application and relevant requirements evolve. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
